Please note: All applications are subject to ESN approval. Payment will only be requested once your application has been accepted.
To begin, please select the appropriate membership category below. As the applicant, you will be designated as the initial administrator for your organisation’s membership and related contacts; this can be updated at a later stage if required.
Once your application is submitted, the ESN Secretariat will review it. You will be able to follow and manage your membership request directly through your account.

Standard Membership 2026 -
2026 Annual fee: €1.500 EUR
Standard membership with ESN includes participation in EU-funded programmes, working groups, and the annual seminar with partial travel reimbursement. Members also receive discounted fees for key events, monthly policy updates, access to the online members' area and practice library, and the opportunity to engage with an international community of social service professionals.
Full Membership 2026 -
2026 Annual fee: €5.000 EUR
Full membership with ESN offers priority participation in key events, including delegate fees for 3 participants for the European Social Services Conference, delegates fees for 2 participants for the European Social Network Awards Ceremony, one additional covered participant for ESN annual Seminar, as well as all other benefits under the Standard Membership.
Council Membership 2026 -
2026 Annual fee: €2.500 EUR
Organisations that join this category will, on top of all the benefits of the Standard membership, help to guide ESN's strategic direction and make decisions about the organisation's operations and development. The ESN Council is made up of 20 to 25 organisations and meets twice per year. Benefits that fall under the ESN Council membership are:
Voting rights at Council Meetings (with partial travel reimbursement), participation in EU-funded programmes and working groups, and discounted fees for key events. Members also receive monthly policy updates, access to the online members' area and practice library, and opportunities to engage with an international community of social service professionals.
