To register for ESN events, submit event applications, and network with other event attendees you will need to register an account on the new ESN Portal.

If you are an ESN member, your profile may already exist on our database, in which case you will be informed that the email address you are using is already taken. Please return to the home page and click on the ‘Login’ button, after which you can follow instructions to reset your password.

Registering as a non-member means your organisation and its contacts won’t receive ESN membership benefits, but you will be able to register for events and network with other event attendees.

Use a business email matching your organisation’s domain (e.g., user@esn.com). Personal emails (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook) cannot be used as your primary email, but you can add one later as a contact email within your profile dashboard.

We’ll check if your organisation already exists based on your email domain. If not, a new organisation will be created, and you’ll automatically become its administrator. This role includes managing associated contacts but can be changed later
