How to Register
Registration to attend the 2025 ESSA Ceremony is now open. Please follow these steps to register for the event:
- Sign in or create an account.
- Visit the ESSA Home Page
- You will find the price associated with your registration at the top of the page.
- Your fee is based on your country level and organisation type.
- Follow the instructions to complete your registration
- Once you have registered, download the Contribution Request & follow the instructions to complete payment via bank transfer
Participation fees are as follows:
- ESN Members: €148
- Non-ESN Members (that are non Private Organisations): €190
- Organisations from Spain (that are non Private Organisations): €125
- Reduced Delegate Rate*: €105
- Private Organisations: €275
The fee includes:
- Site visits to services led by Madrid City Council on 13 & 14 November
- Your pass for the Awards Ceremony on the evening of 13 November
- Networking Session on 14 November between 9 am and 2 pm
- Roundtable discussions held with international and national panellists on 14 November
- A welcome drink and full three course dinner, tea and coffee on 13 November
- Tea and coffee and warm lunch on 14 November
*The reduced rate includes participants from the following countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Kosovo and Türkiye.
