Delegate Fees
Organisations selected to contribute to the ESSC Programme must register one presenter and at least one additional delegate, each paying the full delegate fee for the Conference.

Group & discounted rates
To take advantage of one of the following discounted rates, please contact conference@esn-eu.org.
- 4 delegates
If your organisation registers at least four delegates, one of them will be entitled to a discounted rate of 40% off the original fee.
- 7+ delegates
If your organisation registers 7 or more delegates, you will be entitled to an additional delegate free of charge. Not cumulative with the previous discount.
- Private companies
Private companies can become official Conference partners to ensure their visibility, be an exhibitor or be part of the programme and secure a number of delegates. Find out about partnership opportunities here.
