Registration
The winners for the 2026 European Social Services Awards will be announced at the annual European Social Services Awards Ceremony, which will take place in Rome, Italy, on 19–20 November.
To be eligible to win an award, shortlisted organisations must register a minimum of two representatives per organisation to attend the ceremony and cover their participation costs.

Your fee includes
Site visits to services led by the Regional Government of Lazio on 19 and 20 November
Your pass for the Awards Ceremony on the evening of 19 November
Your pass for the Networking Session on 20 November between 9:00 and 14:00
Round-table discussions held with international panellists on 20 November
A welcome drink and a full three-course dinner on 19 November
Coffee, snacks and buffet lunch on 20 November
Registration opens Early August
