It highlights initiatives where co-investment, innovative service models, shared expertise, or mobilisation of additional resources have enhanced service accessibility, efficiency, and supported systemic improvements in the coordinated delivery of social services. Special consideration is given to partnerships that prioritise social value, ethical governance, long-term community benefits, and cross-sectoral collaboration, while maintaining public accountability and high-quality service standards.

 

The application must be submitted jointly by the public and private entities in question.
